I disagree with your opinion….The odds are against any retail shareholder recovering losses from this or any announced R/S down here in the gutter OTC lane. After the reverse split this will get heavily diluted since the A/S isn’t subjected to the R/S. Those who are seasoned and been through a few R/S’s know that well. Retail will be chasing there tail trying to average down and wait for the next news catalyst to try and recoup losses. Keep it real. My educated guess, Best thing anyone will see is a buying opportunity after the R/S when a reversal is seen and only if substantial news follows. This stock isn’t even trading at a penny prior to the R/S so all the uplisting chatter is nonsense at this point.
