Saying it slowly, with this MASSIVE RS they are executing something akin to BB stock ch.11 BK where they mop up the sh.t on the floor by eliminating existing shareholders and starting over issuing new shares. That goes to BK court and there is a hearing (usually never works in favor of current SH anyways) but they get to whine before a judge if they want. In this case with OTC-dumdum-tee-fee-scammer ST3, the baggies get to whine to dimwit parrot MEDIOCRE twitter pumper frankie who helped facilitate the scam while pretending to be on the side of the baggies.

That RegA is still in play after RS. The end result of this would be 90% dilution from current levels.

In simple terms, dumdums who didn't exit the dumdum club with me at 2 cents last year got their $1000 "investment" decimated to <$100 today. When TOXIC FUNDER White Lion is done slaughtering dumdum bids and post-RS RegA dilutions are done, that ~$100 will become <$10.
