Good luck with these numbers - with such uncertainty on AD results - no one will give $1 B upfront and then share 50% profit - a co might as well just pay $4 - 5B (which will be 6-7 times current market can) and do outright buy out.

This will turn out to be share price of around $55 to $60 - while not the best long term outcome, I would take that price now that wait for another 3 years for another P3 results
