Not sure if Frank owns shares directly. I doubt that. All of the players here will use proxies to accumulate share(Frank and Hovendick) if that’s what they are going to do. They wouldn’t but directly themselves in my opinion because they would get into hot water with SEC. but do I think they have been indirectly been accumulating. Yes I do and now we are right at the beginning of the “pump” phase. I’m OTC it’s more important to know what phase you are in than actually how good the company is.
