Does Frank own any JPEX Common shares?

And if so, has he disclosed how many?

I know he has 5 Preferred A shares which are "control" shares. Each Preferred share is convertible to 2B common shares which basically establishes his voting control over JPEX.

Or at least that is how it was as of JPEX's last Annual Report (FY 2021).
