Here’s the odd thing about all of this I don’t understand. We were told Hovendicks shares were cancelled Oct.21. He has 75 million common shares and 10 million common that can be converted into 100 million common shares. However the share count hasn’t changed in 3 years. It’s exactly the same as it was before Frank took over custodianship of Jpex. Plus in March 2022 Quarterly report HD was listed as a 5% owner even though we were told his shares were cancelled. Some odd stuff here. One thing I’m almost sure of is that Frank and HD are gonna pump this once issues are resolved. You can argue other stuff but a pump is coming soon
