Seems like a reasonable approach. But isn't it possible that the share count on OTCM already includes shares held by Hov (as well as Caywood and maybe others)?

In other words, if Frank's lawyers want a true share count posted on OTCM, they might need to file another court case to exclude JPEX shares that are currently illegally held? I.e., have the OS reduced!

Frank has done this with several other of the shells he has owned.
