I do believe that judge could have dismissed the case but that would have been worst thing for us because HD could’ve file another case and delayed it more. Best case is to make the deal and settle it once and for all. Contracts have already been signed. If this was a simple give back HD his shares I don’t think it would take 3 months. Now I could be wrong and I was wrong about veemost but the shares were authorized on 8-31 so I’m not sure why it would take 2 months to give them to Hovendick.
