This is a deadline that lawyers gave in the Aug. 2nd court date. You may be right in they won’t announce anything til Nov court date. The thing that I’m looking at that may be early sign is the share count on otcmarkets.com. Once the share count goes up I think it means Hovendick has his shares and performance is completed. We shall see.
