Sorry I missed the window for sending you my email in a private reply this past Friday.

For the time being, since I trust you, I will take your word for it that the "performance deadline" is Nov. 1, 2022. Although I usually like to see such important info in the original source with my own eyes, I may have to make an exception in this case.

But like I said, I do trust your word.

PS. In any case, I don't expect an "early" announcement of an agreement. That is NOT how these things usually work. Both sides lawyers will likely be working all the way up to the deadline of when a hearing is actually scheduled and held.

When the hearing is scheduled, it should appear in the case info and then everyone will know for sure.
