I too had granted that OTC-dumdum-tee-fee-scammer ST3 the benefit of doubt about uplisting ... I had predicated it upon ghana revenues by EOY 2021 (which we now know was just another SCAM thanks to tendersinfo website). But at that time, I figured that the deal would have organically taken SP to dollar land after which they needed a small RS to get uplisted.

I smelt rat when OTC-dumdum-TEE-FEE-SCAMMER ST3 paid off Auctus with diluted shares and that dimwit parrot MEDIOCRE twitter pumper frankie tried to pass that off as a good thing LOLOLOL.

The question in my mind was "Why would anyone dilute and give away shares to a TOXIC FUNDER loan shark at 1c if it was going to be 100c in two months?"
The obvious answer stared me in the face - ghana was a SCAM. (As I later discovered when I stumbled upon tendersinfo weeks after I had dumped this SCAM.)

I'm so glad today I listened to my gut feeling and dumped this garbage at 2 cents and exited the dumdum club LOL! Whew!!!
