Maybe I misunderstood, but I was under the impression that Ashley would be CEO of the spin-off, helios_dx, but not of the RushNet shell. However, he will continue to own shares in the shell. I think he has a very sizable position, so he will continue to have a vested interest.

Someone please correct or confirm or clarify, preferably Ashley himself. Thank you.
