almost spit my coffee out..... think the flaw in your thinking is assuming there will be no developments, reverse merger/other, into a pristine shell regarding RSHN until post spin-off. I highly doubt there will be a "vacuum" between spin-off and plans for RSHN.

Keep in mind, Ashley will still be the CEO and has a vested interest in RSHN doing well.
