Thanks for compiling this due diligence (DD) regarding GRPS. Based on what you have posted from the restated and amended articles of amendment that was filed within their Secretary of State (SOS), it looks like Adam Thomas is going to be taking over GRPS. It also looks like he is going to be bringing in his shrimp company or its operations. I think all should read what you posted below:
