You're still talking about insulating not shielding. So I'll repeat myself, because Titanium can align to the magnetic field its exposed to, it becomes magnetic, making it a bad candidate to either insulate or shield. Thats because its permeability is too low, as you keep pointing out, to provide good shielding effect and because it can become magnetic it cannot effectively insulate. Silicon Nitride and other such ceramics are superior to titanium at electrically insulating. Steel is one of the best shielding/attenuating materials for low frequency electromagnetic interference.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
