I like your line of thought here, But there is no need for these 3 points to occur as one.. Unless it is so designed, there is no reason why these 3 points should be congruent. Would you help us out and walk us through the various possible relative timelines of these 3 points. Also to what extenet can NWBO management manipulate them so that they do in fact coincide. Also what do you think will be the likely sequence of these 3 points and what difference will they ultimately make in how the share price evolves? (I suspect, that in the end after all is said and done, ultimately the past sequence of these points will matter little as to where the share price eventually lands).
