golf stud, if Denner had inside info it wouldn't be directly from the company it would probably come from a third party. But he also knows that if he did act on inside info the SEC would immediately go after him. He's smarter than that. I read another interesting book about SAC and his biotech analyst who traded inside info on a drug that was in phase 111 clinical trial. Elan was the company and the good doctor who was an independent doc, Sid Gilman, worked on the drug and was part of the scam...so guess where he is today. Yup the CEO of a private company Arrakis therapeutics. But if Denner has any SEC violations he couldn't be an officer of a public company. Too much at risk.
