The 2 Big Questions in my mind are what company is getting rolled into MDWK and who is Steven C. Laker.

When Change of Control occurred in July of this year, there was mention of Sunwave, which Steven C Laker is the CEO of. Call the number and it's just a recording. Don't think much is going on with this company.

8K came out yesterday and linked to a Florida address with a phone number to an answering service. No mention of Sunwave. Only an increase of the authorized share count from 200M to $300M.

So, no definitive answer to my 2 Big Questions. Share price jumped to $0.20 on Change of Control. Figure they'll be another similar spike when the Reverse Merger becomes official.

My personal opinion is there is no "significant" company being rolled into MDWK because if there was, it would've been mentioned by now. My plan is to not overstay my welcome on this one despite the excellent set-up with the share structure.
