I thought the Two Trees team took over, but that doesn’t seem to be the case now.
I think there is still a lot of moving parts and hopefully it will all be in the best interest for us shareholders.

I bought in about 2 years ago at around $.03 and forgot about it.
I like the Tim Smith connection and the license angle, any news on that and this could really pop.

We see a significant opportunity to license our proprietary accelerated-aging technology to other spirit producers who can take advantage of the associated speed, financial benefits, and ethically sourced profile it delivers.

I'm going to hold for now and see what happens.

Random jumble of thoughts on $MDWK.

From the 8K on 12/28/23, Kevin A. Mort has been issued his 7.5M shares. Outstanding share count is up to 198,391,536 and the Authorized Share count was last reported at 300,000,000. Form D is out there and wants to raise as much as $7M. The 8K from December 12th mentioned needing a minimum of $5M to sustain the Two Trees Distilling Co. 100M shares sold at $0.05 would raise that $5M, which looks like a best case scenario to me, and would only buy 12 to 24 months of runway. The beverage industry is brutal. Two Trees likely won't go viral. The entire company, and it's declining revenues, aren't worth $5M. Current market cap is basically $6M (200M shares x $0.03), and that's high by a multiple of at least 3.

Also from the 8K on 12/28/23 mentioned the COO / Board Member Michael Nordlicht is resigning, effective immediately. No reason given, just that it's not a "disagreement". Love to know the real reason why but given his brother's history, this probably isn't a bad thing.

Perhaps the most interesting thing about the latest 8K (12/28/23) is the company's desire to expand / diversify beyond beverages. IMO, any bet on $MDWK going forward is a bet on the RF Tech outside of Two Trees Distilling (licensing agreements), as well as the rapid maturation process of distilled ethyl alcohol. That’s why I said they’re doing the private placement. Because insiders or any other investors they want to have shares at this low price, can now get more. And at the same time raise funds.
I know in most cases it’s not an advantage for the stock, but if those share sell out fast, we will see some good things coming soon. If they don’t sell fast, we may have a long wait on our hands to see price appreciation.

Wine Anthology got to me in 2 days. They're based in Joisey and I'm Long Island New York.

Doing a taste test at the office. 4 out of 5 enjoy free liquor. One woman their is no pleasing.

Called the company and asked where I could buy more product online. Said it was a tough answer. Basically, all their distributors are in North Cackalacky. Sometimes they (their distributors) sell some of their product to 3rd party distributors like Wine Anthology. Asked why they don't do that directly. The answer was because they made no money off of it. Understandable. The beverage business (alcohol and non-alcoholic) is brutal. Requires a lot of capital, luck, and usually a prominent endorser or two.

I have no idea how big the "flavored" Whiskey market is but Crisp Apple is nnniiicceee. I don't drink much so my opinion is probably not a representative of consumers in this market. But here goes. Strong smell. Strong flavor. Kick beyond its 70 proof. Works with pizza. I like the look and feel of this bottle. Nice presentation. Have XMas parties coming up. Will do a wider tasting with coworkers and family.

I think the opening press release is informative and interesting! But I’m confused how revenue is so low at 2.1 million. I thought it would be higher.
