Putin may have rockets and nuclear weapons, but there is no way he has shit for any boots on the ground forces, partial or otherwise. Just running out of cannon fodder delaying the inevitable. And like Traitor Trump, going out kicking, screaming, and destroying and costing lives as much as he can down to the last flicker of flame.
