This has no naked short position and so - even if the CE drops - it is unlikely to rise appreciably.

Regardless - the CE is almost certain not drop until the Board rules on the PFR and then removes the OIP that is in record against DBMM.

There’s never been a company with a currently active OIP, that has resumed normal trading. It’s NEVER been allowed.

This will almost certainly be the same.
