In short, the best advice I can give is this.

If you are not an attorney, nor do you have access to a large firm as I do....
Spend the time and resources to speak with a legal profession regarding these matters.

...If one can afford to play the OTC, hopefully they can afford a few hundred dollars to get it right.

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
