We, as humans feel powerful when we are in control of higher speeds in driving.

I know it when I was on a German Autobahn when I tried my PEOGOT 404, decades ago, and pushed my car to find out its max speed. True, it did hit the 160 km/hour as shown in several minutes. But, it was exciting yet I learned that for a small car a dangerous speed as it started to get shaky and quite unsafe. That made me soon to slow down. Curiosity made me do it when I had an open and safe freeway in Germany.

Tesla provides a serious challenge to curious minds as well. Many would want to know and experience and test for the higher speed. Unfortunately many happen to be not prepared or able for the consequences... lack of control due skills... accidents are going to happen. It's sad but also human nature and the love of discovery.

While climbing hills and I'm pumping gas in my sports ICE vehicle, I can see how smoothly and noiselessly Tesla vehicles pass me... effortlessly, on the right lane. It makes me to better understand that climbing hills is no reason for EV's revving up like ICE vehicles.
