Was Guelph "opening" for longer then it was open?

Don't you remember the story that it was taking so long because they were fixing the exhaust so the could smash through and make the place bigger?

(No one could believe that they had purchase a small non-profitable operation so far from their centre of operations).

Where are failures in operational readiness and logistics playing out today in the news? How is that working out?

ie.
- celebrating revenues (hiding costs) and keeping silent on profits
- celebrate the opening of new locations without protecting the ones that you have
- spreading your resource power too thin
- getting involved in senseless battles - zero profit business lines
- putting incompetent generals in place
- partnering with mercenaries
- abandoning your supporters
- poor communications and direction
