Germany Arbitration
I should have posted this after the HC Wainwright Presentation/Event but I was wrong on my prediction that negotiations would go to arbitration with a settlement being reached. I think there was a time that this could have taken place but it is clear from the HC Wainwright interview that KM is giving very little hope that arbitration resolves this. He makes comments such as " So we decided to pull out of Germany for a period of time until we come back with a different submission that will get us the right price in Germany." As well as, "We could just turn the page and say, forget it, we actually have a plan to come back. It's going to take a bit more time."
I think either LM or Dogn had assessed that they will come back to the drawing board once they have more significant scientific data which can be submitted with their resubmission. I wholeheartedly agree.
