Grand Theft Auto 6 maker confirms source code, vids stolen in cyber-heist

Take-Two Interactive confirmed on Monday that its Rockstar Games subsidiary has been compromised and confidential data for Grand Theft Auto 6 has been stolen.

"Rockstar Games recently experienced a NETWORK INTRUSION in which an unauthorized third party illegally accessed and downloaded confidential information from its systems, including early development footage for the next Grand Theft Auto," the company said in a September 19 securities filing.
