Jasbg, Strange for an activist investor to be this quiet. Either he received whatever
cooperation he wanted to get from management/BOD, or he may be waiting for
"something" before he makes his move. Denner has to be as angry as any of
us, given the magnitude of his loss so far. As I've stated before, I hope Denner
is keeping in touch with Dr. Bhatt as I a certain he does not want to see his "baby"
be laid to waste by an incompetent management and BOD. Given that Dr. Bhatt
is on the BOD of BMY one must ask what he is doing there. Should any competent
acquirer for AMRN come along I believe that Dr. Bhatt would go out of his way to
support it. It should be painfully obvious to all that AMRN is not capable of
successfully relaunching Vascepa or any iteration of the drug. That part can
only be accomplished by BP. (My apologies to anyone offended by my repeated
comments...The truth hurts I guess.
