My impression is that Gerald is likely feeling pressure from the BOD, since they are mentioned in the wording on the Ballot. Gerald does not have the final say.

As far as timing one could argue that the lower starting point the better, in fact think how many o/s shares they could be rid of with a 200 : 1 split for the NasDaq and look how that changes if the sp is at 1 cent....that would mean 400 for 1 share. with the o/s at 1,400,000,000 and a split of 400;1, that's quite a reduction.

The lack of upward movement in the last few weeks should be telling them a few things . Buyers are weary because of the threat to split and NR's full of promises no longer move the shareprice....expectations are already built into the stock.

R/s do fail , if you search far enough you will find it verified and just the intent to spit does damage.

You have lots of shares as do I. Wouldn't you be buying more at this dip if you weren't being a bit more careful now? I sure would be, but I'm not.
