Yes I knew that, as a matter of fact that was the mysterious pr that was on the globetel europe/russian page that only stayed up one day. In that pr it was stated the "we were urged by duma to set up an office in moscow.." the only regret I've ever had with gtem is not saving that pr that we'd found on that site.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
