NS- I believe the obvious explanation to any question must be accepted until proven otherwise. Cash crunch completely dictates direction and pace that Amarin is able to move. The company can no longer afford to be aggressive and proactive when you consider the dire consequences it will face if costs cannot be precisely predicted and contained. KM and the gang have no room left for miscalculations. A tough place to be in such a resource depended industry with tedious regulation.
