There is a reverse split coming and we appear to be creating a Newco to handle Tollovid and Tollovir and this private Newco....3CL Whatever (not sure the name) is going to raise million$ in a crowd funding deal then spin off from Todos and NCL (private) as a Public traded company, and all over a product that is based on a Root extract that is availble over the counter.
