I made a number of posts beating Lebby / Marcelli up over those bonuses before the ASM.

To justify said bonuses they need to produce a foundry deal this year, which Lebby himself said would happen.

There's 3.5 months left in the year, with ECOC literally next week and are likely to get some updates here.

Not sure what you're trying to accomplish with this. Come back on January 1 2023 and w/out a deal you have a point and I'll join you.

Until then I'm going to trust the words out of Lebbys mouth.
