Personally I've been in other companies that do quarterly conference calls during quiet periods. My memory was that few questions were answered then, they revealed the financials, because that's a requirement of a quarterly call, but as far as providing guidance, there was practically none.

I don't believe that NWBO will discuss the reasons they're doing things as they are, they'll continue doing it until the Journal comes out, then I believe much will be out.

Please don't get me wrong, I've never said that they can't apply to regulators before the Journal is out, I'm starting to believe they could gain an approval before it, I believe that would break their quiet period Journal or no Journal. There has got to be a point where the Journal is no longer significant, I believe that would be after an approval.
