Red-one, you asked for testimonials about Tollovid. The following testimonial is based on my experience using Tollovid for nearly a year. I am a senior athlete and am constantly training for various running events. I attempt to stay in good physical condition and look for ways to protect my immune system. I take a wide variety of vitamins and supplements. In the summer of 2021, I qualified to participate in the National Senior Games (Senior Olympics) in May 2022. In November of 2021, I started taking Tollovid daily (2 pills per day) in an attempt to boost my immune system because of the ongoing pandemic. After about a month of taking Tollovid I was surprised that my endurance seemed to be stronger and my blood pressure and heart rate had dropped. When I ran my heart rate would get up to 165-170 beats per minute after a mile on my run. With my Tollovid regime, my heart rate fell to about 135-140 beats per minute at the mile mark. So, that was my first observation about Tollovid...increased endurance, lower blood pressure and heart rate. So I go to Ft. Lauderdale in May of this year to compete in the National Senior Games. For Track and Field events a whole week is necessary for the competition because of the prelims and finals. Because all of my events were outside I didn't worry about masking up, especially since I was fully vaxed and boosted. Unfortunately, the first day of the games we had to go to the Convention Center for our credentials and it was packed with thousands of athletes. I was exposed to covid and about four or five days into the competition I started to feel a little crummy but I attributed it to the heat, humidity, and allergies. It wasn't until I returned home that I thought it might be wise to check for covid, and I was positive. I immediately started taking three pills four times a day...and I did that for 10 days. I then went back to two pills per day. I have fully recovered and have no symptoms of long covid. Subsequent to that experience I learned that Dr. Arad takes 6 pills per day when she knows that she will be in a large gathering. Hope this helps a little.
