Yes they have to place an order for units or they will, if they have not all ready lost the manufacturing agreement which terminated at the end of aug and has not been updated… also if they have a sales and distribution agreement with a leading animal health company, why would alrt be attending the CES and VMX, and not the leading animal health company? Booths at those trade shows can be very expensive.. i have a hunch they will do sales directly because they couldn’t get the distribution partnership done.. hence that is why the loan they got was rewritten to include a $10 per unit royalty.
