I feel really strong against the reverse split. I'm a long term holder but that announcement on the Proxy just threw me and now I'm struggling with my gamble on this company.

If it wasn't for the potential split I would be fine and likely buying more on this dip. I hold other Penny stocks as well

What exactly will TOMDF do to make sure that the split will succeed when most others fail?

I'd be curious also what Gerald and the BOD are going to do to ensure that the R/S succeeds after the split and doesn't revert back to 2 cents.
