I honestly think this company would be better served if they let some of the shareholders on the board. To help as advisor in decision making. Not a salary position but as a representative sect of the greater shareholder community.

I never understood why Guelph in the first place. It’s not a college town, it’s pretty far outside of Toronto and it took them ages to remodel. Now where are we? Out of pocket and built a great place for the landlord to Jack up rent to the next business that comes in the door.

If Ben doesn’t step down, I think they should slow 2-3 advisors to help. Make it legal and keep it honest but at least get someone in their that appreciates the need to A.) communicate and B) help grow our investment.

Both of which Ben and Roger have no interest apparently in doing.

For the past five years I honestly feel like I have been duped and now I’m pissed off! No need for this state we are in. All fixable with proper people in place.
