If the Coretec battery actually has advantages that the market wants, they certainly will need the help of a 'partner' to manufacture. If you've been following Theion at all, they are hiring at a somewhat healthy pace - not sure if they will build eventually build out their own manufacturing capability or contract with someone. With a partner that has all the manufacturing capability already in place, all Coretec would need to do is bring is the tech.
