I originally thought what you’re saying, 15 days from the date they filed, 15 days from August 29th, 2022. But if you look here, you will see it says PERIOD END DATE, which is 08/31/22.

This leads me to believe that 08/31/22 is the “Prescribed Date”, or September 15th.

We will see, but I think filing are due by 09/15/2022.
