I dont' know what employees have taken that stand, and I don't much care. I think a little perspective might help, though. Share holders may have lost more $ per person on this mess, but those were $ that you HAD and chose to invest in a risky business. You may have been lied to about the risk factor, but YOU chose to risk that money in hopes of a large return. Conservative investors do NOT invest their hard earned (or any other) money in pink sheet stocks. At least not more than they can afford to lose.
Employees, on the other hand, lost money they had EARNED, as well as their livelihood. This happened to them, I will point out, while in the employ of a company YOU OWN! Some of us can loose a few paychecks and it is inconvienient, some of those employees lost cars and/or homes. While the owners of the company lost investment, I'd be willing to bet most investors have the same income stream as before, unlike YOUR employees.
