And the “Prescribed date” says that it’s 15 days from the actual due date, which I believe was August 31st.
I’m no expert, so I guess we will find out one way or another just what date it is; Tuesday, September 13th or Thursday, September 15th.
Whichever it is, it’s fine with me, as long as it gets filed on time according to SEC regulations.
