the shares are a short term play for them they can hold the warrants for years as insurance. That is what we see the mutual finds do with options. They are used for insurnace for them. The public attempts to trade them lose iis 80% as time primiums eat them up unless they are very short term or day trade only. The ACAXW is being used as an insurance policy I suspect who ever is selling the stock was the buyer at .13. They don't see anything happening soon but have faith it will be in a few years.
