Every investor here would prefer NO RS. If the company could execute and get the share price north of $2 and uplist to NASDAQ that would be ideal. But OTCBB is the wild west of investing, and the lack of institutional investors allows the MM and shorters to own the day.

I would expect the company to be in touch with institutional investors, mutual funds, etc. prior to RS and have their intentions aligned to invest immediately upon uplist to counter any shorters that try to drive it back down.
