We aren't casting multiple votes for the same shares. We're casting multiple votes because we have a proxy vote for the shares in each account. If you have 1M shares across 4 accounts, you get to vote 4 times but the total votes cast still equal 1M shares.

I don't see what is so hard to understand about this. And if you disagree with what I posted above, they you are WRONG. This is how it's been done as long as I've been invested, in every company. This is nothing new or attempt to mislead. Perhaps you've never held the same company inside multiple accounts, so you have never experienced how it's handled by the brokerages.
