On the Q1 disclosure,

As of March 31, 2022, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 2,797,935,953. (Page 1)

On the Q2 disclosure,

As of June 30, 2022, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 2,830,345,953 (Page 1)

So it looks like they acknowledged the increase but omitted the disclosure explaining the 32.5M new common shares.

The tables of insider shares on Pages 22 (Q2) and 16 (Q1) show no change, for whatever that's worth.

If new common shares are issued, I think legally they have to disclose it to us. I don't think there's any context in which they can 'hide' the issuances until a future report. My guess is ENZC did issue new shares earlier this year, Q2 numbers are wrong due to copy pasta from Q1, and the OTC rubber stamped the filling.
