If alrt was receiving some sort of investment/cash infusion why would the lender who they owe this money to from earlier this year want to enter into this agreement on sept 6. Seems like they are guaranteeing they get paid by taking a royalty , hence this new agreement, what where the original loan terms?
Not saying they won’t get a partner just concerned because its taking so much longer than they anticipated and now someone gets $10 out of every unit sold till payed back
