Also hopefully it did not go un noticed that the OTC Profile was VERIFIED also today showing 9/22



The Company Profile data was verified by the issuer within the previous 6 months. OTCQX Rules and OTCQB Standards require issuers to maintain a verified profile.

Of course this by itself doesn't imply anything about the audit progress, but being Verified removes one barrier to uplist for whenever the audit gets done.
