This post here. I'm surprised that nobody mentioned or discussed with all of the crap talk about R/S or 'uplisting' speculation.

If a company wants to successfully uplist and maintain a share price point requirement needed to maintain that uplisting…the company needs to do so through fundamentals and not through a synthetic means like a R/S. If this shell brings in significant assets, those assets should determine the share price. Explained in basic terms.
