I'm figuring that someone has to sign the SEC filings. Does not mean organizational power or authority.
FORD MOTOR COMPANY has an official CEO, etc. but the FORD family has control of 40 % of all voting stock thus controls FORD stock.
Now this is not FORD ( obviously ) but the east coast gang controls voting rights.
I think that MGT. needs to give us a SIGN that progress is in the works in its various forms.
We will ring the cash register soon.
