Agree on all counts and your reasoning, well said

At this point it's an advantage to give the BOD the maneuvering room they ask for relating to share structure and raising capital, IMO

For me, the R/S is probably a bouncy point, not much else

The valuation all rides on what they can make of what they have left

Delek could play Tanya Harding and tuck-in GSPE for a price that would hurt more

I prefer they, and/or others, get a deal inked as soon as the tide allows

She's in the mud, tide is out

"But these gulf crewboats are damn near amphibious" he says as he bores through a muddy bar with plenty of throttle ....

that "muddy bar" had a lot more sand than he figured, hard sand

trip to the shipyard, bent rudders and wheels, $$$$$

(context note - the planing crewboats have unprotected rudders for speed but are vulnerable and sometimes referred to as "barefoot bottom")

I had the best seat at that show, right beside the idiot driving that boat

2 days later he was gone and she was all mine smile

True story, but forgive me, I ramble on ... apologies

Anyway, GSPE in stealth mode, I'm counting on the tide rising before we get to that bar

GSPE, spud Tau2 (on a big full moon tide) and we'll all hit that bar ... but that barefoot bottom will be perfectly smooth
